Identification and/or proof of card ownership may be required for some orders before they are shipped. Orders placed through Paypal will be shipped to the address on your Paypal account.

For verification purposes our payment providers may place a $0 or $1 charge to your account. This will then be voided right after to prevent the amount from being settled. This may lead to the amount showing as pending and will generally be removed from your account automatically.

All prices shown are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order due to pricing errors or any other reason.


We are not liable for any damages caused by this website or any website which is linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to cancel any order without reason. We will then make reasonable attempts to provide a refund as soon as possible. All products are for professional use only. Training from qualified professionals should be undertaken before using any products.


We try our best to make our online swatches as accurate as possible. However due to different monitor settings, lighting conditions and product batches the swatches and colors of product images online should only be used as a general guide and may not accuracy represent the final color of the product.

If the color online is completely different to the color online however (for example the product is red when the online swatch is blue) please contact us for a refund or exchange.


For change of mind you may return items within 7 days of the purchase date. Please contact us within the 7 day period for authorization before you return any items. 

  • Items must be in an unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.

  • Items in the sale section may not be returned due to change of mind.

  • The refund will be provided as store credit.

  • The refunded amount excludes any shipping costs

  • Shipping costs for your area will be deducted from the store credit if you received free shipping and your total order value falls under the $150 free shipping threshold after removing any returned items.

  • A Restocking and administration fee of 10% applies to items returned.

  • For change of mind returns you are responsible for any postage costs associated with returning the product.

If there is an error in your order or the goods you received are faulty or damaged on arrival please contact us.

All damages claims from postage must be made within 48 hours days of receiving your package. Please email us photos of damages to


Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We are not responsible for the postage costs of returning items to us for warranty purposes.
